H-E-B Teen Court Advisory Board

The Bylaws govern the affairs of the H-E-B Teen Court Advisory Board, a civic organization, which purposes and objectives include, but are not limited to providing a community based alternative to the formal court process for alleged youth offenders for certain offenses and to involve families in the administration of the alternative court process.

Goals and Objectives

To continue to develop a well-trained teen and adult volunteer staff through general trainings, instruction and on-the-job experience.
To expand the community awareness of the benefits of Teen Court through the distribution of the Teen Court video to schools, organizations, public access networks and associations.
To develop more joint community projects to enhance the youth offenders' experience in the program as well as community support and participation.
To continue to be a major contributor to the development of the Teen Court Bar Association of Texas.

Meetings	Once a month at Bedford City Hall, 2000 Forest Ridge Drive, Bedford, Texas
Quorum	A majority shall constitute a quorum.
Term	Two year, except student members will serve one year terms.
