Nancy Welton
Councilmember (Place 7)

Councilmember Nancy Welton was elected on May 15, 2004 as the Place 7 Council Member. She served on the HEB School Board 1965-1977, and on the Administrative Board of 1st United Methodist Church of Hurst. She is retired from the Finance Department at DFW Airport.
