12-010 -- Michael Boulevard between Wanda Way and Bluebonnet Drive Project No. 6307-101

The City of Hurst, Tarrant County, Texas, will receive sealed bids in the office of the Risk/Purchasing Manager, City Hall, 1505 Precinct Line Road, Hurst, Texas 76054 until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 22, 2012 and then publicly read aloud for the construction of: MICHAEL BOULEVARD BETWEEN WANDA WAY AND BLUEBONNET DRIVE, PROJECT NO. 6307-101, BID NO:  12-010

Plans, specifications, and bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Director of Public Works at 1505 Precinct Line Road, with a non-refundable deposit of forty dollars ($40) per set (plus a $5 handling and postage charge, if mailed). Questions regarding this project should be directed to the Project Manager at 817-788-7078.

Plans will be available at 9:00 a.m., Monday, February 6, 2012.

The City of Hurst reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or in whole, any bids submitted and to waive any technicalities or formalities that are in the best interest of the City.

 

12-009 -- Utility Billing Payment Acceptance & Processing Services

The City of Hurst is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified Firms to provide  the following Utility Billing electronic processing services for its customers:

1.  E-billing to the customer;
2.  Customer On-line payment to the City;
3.  Customer Payment by interavctive voice response (IVR);
4.  Customer payment by E-check; and,
5.  Other current or future electronic payment methods to the City.

Processing fees and other costs for electronic billing and payment acceptance methods not listed in these specifications will be determined by mutual agreement between the City and the successful Proposer. The City reserves the option to use the successful Proposer or select another Firm.

12-007-- Citywide Janitorial Supplies

The City of Hurst is soliciting sealed bids to award an annual purchase agreement for the City’s purchase of Janitorial Supplies to be used for cleaning and maintenance of City owned facilities as set forth in these defined specifications.

Bid Closing Time:  2:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 15, 2012
