A fee of 1% of construction cost as a plan review fee with a minimum floor of $100.00 for one submittal, comment, and re-review cycle with Public Works Engineering.

The cost of a land disturbance construction permit (Water Main, Sanitary Sewer, Storm
Drain, Street Construction, Erosion Control,Lot Grading) is 4%
of the construction costs with a $100 minimum. A maintenance
bond in the amount of 100% of construction cost is also
required and is valid for two (2) years from the acceptance
of the work performed.
