3. Consider Ordinance No. 2191, second reading, adopting a site plan revision for SP-11-13 Heritage Village Residences, a site plan for Lots 1 and 3, Block 1 Heritage Village Addition being 3.339 acres located on Pipeline Road and Heritage Way
4. Consider Ordinance No. 2192, second reading, adopting a site plan revision for SP-11-11 McDonald’s, a site plan for a portion of Lots 4 & 6, Block 1, Old Towne Square Addition being 1.73 acres located at 773 & 769 Airport Freeway

EXECUTIVE SESSION in Compliance With the Provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Law, Authorized by Government Code, Section 551.087, deliberation and conducting of economic development negotiations regarding financial information relative to prospective business expansion in the city and Section 551.071 to consult with City Attorney to seek advice regarding Pending or Contemplated Litigation or Settlement Offers (Mid-Cities Custom Pools) and to reconvene in Open Session at the conclusion of the Executive Session.
10. Consider a Resolution approving an Economic Development Sales Tax Incentive Agreement allowed under the Texas Local Government Code Chapter 380 for the promotion of economic development
11. Consider claim settlement agreement (Mid-Cities Custom Pools)
