"Understanding the Commitment by Supporting the Team"
After graduating from the Hurst Citizen Police Academy, alumni are eligible to join the Hurst Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association (HCPAAA). The HCPAAA supports the Police Department by providing greeting cards for employees’ birthdays and anniversaries, adopting a needy family in the community at Christmas, and providing dinner and snacks for the Police Department employees who cannot be with their families. The HCPAAA meets the third Thursday of each month at the Hurst Police Department Community Services Building, 305 E. Hurst Blvd. Hurst, Tx.
